GREENSBORO, N.C. — Ben White raked all year and now he's getting recognition for his glove work.

White was named to the 2015 NCAA Division III ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Team after committing just one error in 420 chances for a .998 fielding percentage this season.

The Gold Glove Awards are presented annually by Rawlings and selected by the ABCA. These prestigious awards are chosen by the ABCA All-America Committee for each Division. All Gold Glove Award recipients distinguished themselves as the best defensive players at their respective positions throughout the course of the season.

The junior had a total of 400 putouts, had 19 assists and was a part of 29 double plays. He was perfect on the field in SCIAC play.

Earlier this week, White was named to the All-West Region Gold Glove Team as well as earning Second Team All-Region honors.
