Marissa Howell Named The SCIAC Offensive Athlete Of The Week

Laguna Niguel, CA - University of La Verne women's basketball player Marissa Howell was named the SCIAC Offensive Athlete of the week. 

The sophomore from Santa Clarita, California posted her second 20-point effort of the season, going 4-for-6 from beyond the arc and 12-for-13 from the free-throw line to total 24 points in a 77-63 conference win against California Lutheran University. She also chipped in three assists, three steals and two rebounds.
