LA VERNE, CA — The University of La Verne women's soccer team dropped their final game of the 2018 season to visiting Chapman 3-0 Wednesday night.
Final Record
The Leopards end the 2018 campaign with a 2-11-3 overall record and 2-10-2 SCIAC record.
Senior Day
The Leopards recognized seniors Jasmine Valadez, Mia Trugerro, Ari Dowell, Juna Bouchekara, Amaris Sherlock, Anna Ottley, Andrea Story, and Dani Hoyle in a brief pregame ceremony.
Stat Leaders
Trugerro led the Leopards with three goals this season. Cambria Smith and Andrea Story each scored twice. Story led La Verne with La Verne with three assists and seven points. Bouchekara, Smith and Alina Cobian each totaled one assist.
Valadez led La Verne with 35 saves. Hanien Samara finished with 18 saves.
La Verne will bring back 21 players from the 2018 roster next season.
