CLAREMONT, Calif. — Senior outside hitter Marisa Rojo and junior outside hitter Delaney Lynch have been named to the 2017 Pacific Coast Classic All-Tournament Team.
The pair helped lead the No. 25 Leopards to a perfect 4-0 performance over the weekend, including a 3-2 win over No. 10 UT Dallas.
Lynch led La Verne with 55 kills in the tournament to go along with five blocks and 10 digs. Rojo added 43 kills of her own while dishing out six assists and three blocks. Rojo also added 43 digs over the four games.

Next Game: The Leopards take a trip to the East Coast next weekend to play in the MIT Invitational. The Leopards will face Babson on Friday, September 8 at 3 p.m. The following day La Verne opens with a 9 a.m. match against Springfield, followed by a 1 p.m. match against host MIT.
