LEXINGTON, KY – The American Volleyball Coaches Association announced its 41st annual NCAA Division III All-America Teams for women's volleyball.
University of LA Verne freshman outside hitter Mya Ray was named to the 2022 AVCA Honorable Mention All-American team. This honor is yet another award that the freshman has earned from her stellar play on the court during the 2022 season.
The 2022 All-America selections were made by the AVCA Division III All-America Committee: Tim Byram of Endicott (chair), Lindsay Birch of Christopher Newport, Geoff Braun of SUNY Fredonia, Christi Kelsey of Williams, Mary Kate Salko of Franklin & Marshall, Leanne Ulmer of Carthage, Kurt Vlasich of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Amber Warners of Calvin, DeAnn Woodin of Coe, and Michele Zabinski of DeSales.
