Two Leopards Make School History At Claremont Challenge
San Dimas, California - The University of La Verne women's golf team participated in the Claremont Challenge at San Dimas Canyon in San Dimas, California. The Leopards had five ladies competing in the challenge. The highlight of the tournament for La Verne was two players shooting in the 70's for the first time in school history. Leopards Jordyn Janert (75) and Alexis Aguilera (77) both shot 70 plus on the first day of the challenge.

Head coach Trevor Perrson was pleased with his team's play and there progress as they prepare for SCIAC play. "We are inching closer and closer to becoming a pretty solid team that is anxious to compete in SCIAC play come Spring."

The Leopards will compete in the Chapman Quad October 9th and 10th at Los Serranos in Chino Hills, California.
