PASADENA- The University of La Verne men's soccer squad finished on the wrong side of a close match Wednesday night, falling 1-0 to Chapman University.
The Leopards (6-5, 4-5 SCIAC) outshot Chapman (7-4-2, 5-3-1 SCIAC) by a 16-15 margin and put six shots on goal to the Panther's five, but failed to find the back of the net in the conference road tilt.
