Duran made an immediate impact as a freshman earning All-Conference honors and should continue to provide a spark in the Leopard attack while playing multiple positions entering her sophomore year.
2011: Duran was a First Team All-SCIAC selection as a utility player in her rookie campaign, batting .383 on the season to rank fourth among the conference leaders... she tallied 41 hits, including one homer along with 10 doubles... she finished the year with 13 RBI and 13 runs scored.
High School: Duran lettered four seasons at Bishop Montgomery High School in both softball and basketball... earned All Del Rey League honors in softball as a senior.
Personal: Born July 30, 1992... parents are Jason and Joanne Duran... majoring in Psychology and Criminology.
