Ventura, CA - The University of La Verne women's golf team traveled to Ventura, California to compete in the Westmont Cup.

The Leopards entered the tournament seeking to continue their preparation for a run in the SCIAC. Freshman Jordyn Janert shot 75 and 77 during the tournament to build upon her string of performances throughout this season. Overall the Leopards improved by 30 shots from the first day of the tournament to the second day of the tournament. The Leopards finished the tournament placing eighth in the field of competitors.

The Leopards return to action March 13th in the CLU Kingsman & Regals Invitational at Moorpark Country Club
