Leopards Falls Short to the Bulldogs

By Cyanna Rosa

The University of La Verne Men's basketball team faced off against the University of Redlands Bulldogs in their second-to-last conference game of the season this afternoon. The match, which took place at the Bulldogs' home court, saw Brian Adams, a starter for the Leopards, score an impressive 20 points, making him the leading scorer for the Leopards and the top scorer on the court.

Despite Adams' best efforts, the Leopards fell short in the game, suffering a 96-57 loss against the Bulldogs. The team struggled to keep up with the fast-paced and aggressive play of the Bulldogs, and despite their best efforts, were unable to secure a victory.

The Leopards will now turn their attention to their final game of the season and men's Senior Night, where they will be back at their home court, The Tents, for the last time this season. The team will be facing Whittier this Wednesday.

With an overall record of 7-16 and a conference standing of 4-11, the Leopards will be looking to end the season on a high note with a strong performance against Whittier.
