Game 1: La Verne 9, Pomona-Pitzer 1 (5 innings)

The Leopards scored early and often. In the 1st, Danielle Vela drove in Rebecca Ireland with a bases loaded single to take a 1-0 lead. La Verne added three more in the 2nd when Freret drove in two with a double and scored herself on an error in the next at bat.
