LOS ANGELES — Joel Sincock posted a personal record in the men's 800m, crossing the finish line in 1 minute, 59.68 seconds, to highlight the men's track and field's performances at the Occidental Invitational on Saturday.

Andrew Carrasco recorded a toss of 55.24m (181-03) in the hammer throw to finish eighth overall and Gura was not far behind in 12th with a throw of 50.38m (165-03).

Michael Burciaga-Ellis recorded a throw of 47.32m (155-03) in the javelin.

Jeffrey Ouk finished the 400 at 50.55 and Jacob Lopez had a best jump of 13.86m (45-05.75) in the triple jump.

The Leopards conclude their regular season and return to action on May 26-28 at the NCAA National Championships in Waverly, Iowa.
