New Orleans, LA - The University of La Verne men's track and field team was ranked #10 in the West Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
The Leopards have competed in various meets across the country during the 2023 outdoor season, a season which has seen several Leopards set many personal and university records. Various Leopards have also been named SCIAC Athlete of the Week throughout the season.
Head coach Kevin Reid is very pleased with his team's efforts as they pursue at SCIAC Conference Championship. "It's nice to see the efforts over the past few weeks represented in the rankings. The team has been working hard and the performances have reflected that. We are looking forward to the next few weeks and continuing to see the rewards of hard work and dedication."
