WHITTIER, CA - The Leo's took advantage of excellent weather and a fast track on Friday night to post an additional 7 personal and seasonal bests. Leading the way for the Leopard's was Freshman Tyler Thomas, who - in addition to anchoring the 4x100m Relay to a win, set a personal best of 10.69 in the 100m - moving himself to #2 on the Leopard All-Time list.

After a fine afternoon on the track and in the field, the Leopards finished the night with the 5000m. Three of the four Leo's on the track set personal bests (Freshman Valencio Coco-15:30.26, Freshman Thomas Taniguchi-15:42.46 and Sophomore Marcelo Martinez-16:05.76). Valencio's time moved him up to #8 on the ULV All-Time list in the 5K.

The Leo's will be back on the track first thing Saturday morning at the annual Pomona Pitzer Invitational - a meet that represented by NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NAIA and OPEN competitors.
