Leopards Score 8 Bests at Twilight Meet

WHITTIER, CA - The Leopard Women took to the track on a warm CA day at the Whittier Twilight and came away with 8 personal bests or seasonal bests. Leading the way for the Leo's was Sophomore Dawson Bell - who continued to impress in the sprints, winning her heats in both the 100m and 200m. Sophomore Mira Juncaj also continued to improve, winning her specialty - the 100m Hurdles.

With the SCIAC Track & Field Championships just three weeks away, the Leopards continue to trend upward and look to be at their best when the Conference comes home to ULV.

The Leo's will be back on the track first thing Saturday morning at the annual Pomona Pitzer Invitational - a meet that represented by NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NAIA and OPEN competitors.
