LA VERNE, CA — Miranda McGarry has been named Second Team All-SCIAC the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced today.

The freshman from Chino Hills led the Leopard's defense in their first time back on the pitch since 2019. McGarry started in 12 of the Leopards' 15 matches this season including 10 starts in SCIAC play. She helped La Verne record shutout victories over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Whittier, and Caltech.

With a solid year of experience under her belt, McGarry will look to lead the core of La Verne returners next season.
