Head coach Jenna Panatier along with players Kayla Cribbs and Kendall Kraiss will represent the University of La Verne on the 2013 USA Division III Women's Volleyball Team for its upcoming tour in Brazil.

The USA Division III Volleyball All Star Team will begin its Brazil Tour 2013 in Orlando, Fla., on June 10 and run through June 19. The All Star teams will depart for Sao Paulo, Brazil on June 11, and compete in doubleheader matches from the 12-14 against selected teams throughout the region.

The teams will then travel to Rio de Janeiro for matches on the June 16 and 17 before departing on June 18.

While in Brazil the teams will experience educational, cultural and social aspects of Brazilian life through school and sports club visits. In Rio de Janeiro the team will be staying on the famous Copacabana Beach and touring the Christ Statue and Sugar Loaf, two of the most recognizable landmarks in the world.

A 2012 AVCA Honorable Mention All-America, Cribbs led the SCIAC in blocks at 1.10 per set as a senior.  She also posted a team-best .296 hitting percentage during the regular season en route to earning a spot on the All-West Region squad while also garnering Second Team All-SCIAC honors.

Kraiss collected 497 assists in conference play as the Leopards' setter en route to earning 2012 First Team All-SCIAC honors during her senior season. She averaged 8.88 assists per set with 66 kills and 141 digs.  Kraiss concluded her career as a three-time All-SCIAC performer.

Panatier guides the USA D III women's squad after leading La Verne back into postseason play in 2012.  She coached the Leopards to a 22-6 overall record including a spot in the NCAA West Region semifinals.
