Leopard Golf Ranked 11th In Final Fall Division III Poll

The University of La Verne golf team is ranked No. 11 in the final Golf World/Nike Golf Division III Coaches Poll released on November 21.

The Leopards played in a pair of tournaments during the fall, finishing sixth in the California State Intercollegiate (Sept. 25) prior to earning a seventh place effort at the Firestone Grill Invitational (Oct. 9).  

La Verne is the highest ranked school among Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference schools in the Top 25.

The Leos will begin the spring portion of their schedule February 23-24 when it competes in the SCIAC #1 Tournament held at Industry Hills Golf Club.
