Orange, CA-The University of La Verne Men's Basketball traveled to Orange, CA to take on the Chapman Panthers. Despite a valiant effort, the team came up short with a final score of 70-55.

The Leopards were led by Brian Adams, who had a strong outing with 16 points, following the lead rebounder for the Leopards, Kyler Harvey, finishing the game with 14 rebounds and 13 points. Brad Yasukochi and Jonas Holt also had noteworthy performances in the game.

In the first half, the Leopards fell short of the Panthers, ending with a 41-24 score heading into halftime.   In the second half, the Leopards attempted to close the gap completely but the Leopards were unable to complete it, falling to the Panthers. 

The Leopards will look to bounce back from this loss as they take on their next opponent, Cal Lutheran, this upcoming Wednesday, Feb 8th, at 7:00pm PST at The Tents.
