La Verne, CA - The Leopards hosted a weekend SCIAC battle at The Tents as they faced Pomona Pitzer for the second time this season.

Looking to get back on track and move up in the SCIAC standings the Leopards fell behind early but battled back to bring the game within 8 points at the half. The Leopards went down by double digits again but were able to cut it to 10 midway through the second half but were unable to finish the comeback and fell to the Sagehens 89-72. Brian Adams and Kyler Harvey lead the way for the Leopards with 14 points a piece.

The Leopards head to Occidental on Wednesday with the opening tip at 7 PM.
